The hilt is machined by a professional blade smith, with tireless care given to every detail of it's construction. This saber is a work of art.

The elegant handle features a recessed AV switch and four linear grips. On Champion and Hero sabers micro tactile switches are hidden in the brass control card. The upper portion of the saber has a stationary crystal chamber, which is the focal point of this gorgeous prop. A genuine quarts crystal matches the blades color *except initiate models*. The highly detailed crystal chamber is protected by a silver shroud that features graflex influences, such as bunny ears, an activation box, and graflex style brass pins. Our custom blade plug completes the sabers aesthetic.

This is a replacement charger for our hero and champion level sabers.

It is a smart charger which means you don't have to worry about overcharging your saber, it will shut off when your saber is full charged.

It has a 4.2v output at 3A and is designed to charge our SaberForge Hero and Champion level sabers.

We know many of our customers are overseas, and we now carry these chargers in USA, UK, EU, and AUS style plugs, just select your country plug style from the drop down.

Will not work with off brand sabers that use 7.4v batteries.

The hilt is precision machined on a multi-axis CNC lathe and is finished and assembled by hand in the USA with tireless care given to every detail of it's construction, this saber is nothing short of a work of art.

This is our second generation Bane. Every single part has been re designed from the ground up. Its hard to decide where to start so I will start at the top of the saber and work my way down.

Assembly
The second generation Bane uses the same system of assembly we pioneered with our Vanquish curved saber. Collars on either end of the curved section provide a rock solid assembly and reduce the seam gap seen on the first generation Bane. This also allows the use of ASP style pommels.

Claw
The new claw features 8 finger grooves *vs 5 on the original* that are chamfered buttery smooth for a superb two handed grip. The new claw also features milled details throughout its length, terminating in gorgeous thru slots near the emitter and capped by a more aggressive and pronounced hook.

Emitter
The generation 2 emitter has three blade windows that light up and an easy to access blade retention set screw instead of the side button head style on our original Bane. Also the emitter no longer has a seam line and is one solid piece.

Emitter Shroud
We dramatically increased the thickness of the second generation Bane emitter shrouds to increase their durability and we added a deep chamfer all the way around to make this extremely aggressive looking saber deceptively comfortable and ergonomic.

Body
The new body section feature milled oval slots that are more comfortable and visually appealing.

Pommel
In addition to being ASP compatible the new pommel has also been upgraded aesthetically with a more aggressive profile and slotted milled windows.

The All New BLADE PLUG



The design of our Blade Plug is based on contemporary hard science. The Blade Plug features two rings of illuminated through holes. These rings of holes simmulate energized plasma ignition and return rings. The Blade Plug also features two magnetic containment rings. The concept for our blade plug design, is high energy plasma created via laser magnetic induction using a specially facceted crystal, the plasma is then directed with magnetic rings into the shape of a saber blade.



The blade plug is mounted on trans white polycarbonate tube, and comes in two lengths for easy compatibility with either standard or windowed sabers. The blade plug will fit in sabers with 1.00 blade sockets.

From the crucible of full contact saber combat emerges the Ronin Mk3. This elegant weapon was designed for the primary purpose of dominating full contact saber tournaments. The designer Phillip Isherwood won the 2015 TSL (The Saber Legion) national tournament and took the knowledge he gained from that experience and his extensive background in saber construction to design a saber optimized for tournament style combat.

The Ronin hilt that measures 16in long and features a removable lower grip which allows you to convert your Ronin to a shorter 11in hilt. This makes the Ronin optimized for any style and for both single saber and duel wield tournament divisions.

The Ronin has an OD of 1.37in and three choke points with an OD of 1.125in. These low profile grip points allows for more dexterity and control. By having three grip positions you are able to use a traditional high low grip or transition to middle low to gain an additional 6in of reach, this is especially useful mid bout when your opponent thinks they have your range measured.

There is no wasted length in the Ronin's design, every fraction of an inch is optimized. The pommel is functional rather than aesthetic, it flares to provide an excellent hand stop and pivot point for non linear techniques.

The tsuba of the Ronin is available in three variants, and all three have an OD of 3.5in. Pictured here is the TSL Logo tsuba. All the tsuba styles available for the Ronin feature three blade retention screws for maximum rigidity and safety under the harshest conditions.

The switch hole on the Ronin features the deepest counter sink we have ever done. This helps to prevent accidental de-activation in combat.

The Ronin is extremely lightweight and fast. With a thick walled 37in blade installed the 16in Ronin weights just 1lbs and 11oz. For comparison our much shorter 12in Katana saber with a thick walled 37in blade weights 1lb and 13oz.

The Ronin is being offered in three grip variants, the Mk3 features a knurled grip style.

The Ronin is precision machined on our Haas multi axis CNC lathe and is finished and assembled by hand in the USA with tireless care given to every detail of it's construction, this saber is nothing short of a work of art.

This hilt does not include a covertech knob by default, one may be requested in your order notes at checkout.

This hilt uses a dual tactile switch for Hero Tier.

From the citadel of the separatist blade master comes The Count. This superb artifact is destined for the hands of a worthy master.

The Count features precision cast ADC12 and CNC machined 7075 parts which are finished and assembled by hand in the USA, this saber is nothing short of a work of art.

The Count hilt has a polished nickel chrome plating, as well as black and silver anodizing, with gold electroplating on the forward greebly, and red anodizing on the trigger. It is not available in any other finishes.

The Champion and Hero level Count sabers feature micro tactile switches hidden below the red trigger, and a recharge/data port concealed in the pommel. The Warrior level Count has an external 12mm latching switch but does include in hilt recharge. Initiate level Count can be sent in either version, specify with or without 12mm switch holes in your order comments if you purchsae an Initiate level.

The Count accepts a standard one inch blade and is rated for full contact dueling.
